CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone's appointments smoothly and efficiently, we have implemented an Arrival On Time Policy. Please take note of the following:

Arrival Time: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. This allows us to allocate the necessary time for your service and avoid any inconvenience to other clients.

Late Arrival Consequences: If you arrive late for your appointment, we regretfully inform you that we may not be able to extend the duration of your service. In such cases, the service will be shortened accordingly to fit within the remaining time slot.

No-Show Policy: If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time, this is considered a “No Show” . This will result in a 100% charge to the allowed card on the booking system.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness to our staff and other clients, we have implemented the following Cancellation Policy:

24Hour Cancellation: Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled booking will result in 100% of the value of the service/s booked. This will be charged to the allocated card on the booking system.

48 Hour Cancellation: Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled booking will result in 50% of the value of the service/s booked. This will be charged to the allocated card on the booking system.

Failure to comply with these policies and any invalid card details on the booking system will result in a block from any future services at SBBJR.

ARRIVING ON TIME POLICY

LASH REFILL POLICY

We strive to provide the best possible lash services and ensure the satisfaction of our clients. To maintain the quality and longevity of your lash extensions, we have implemented the following lash refill policy:

Minimum Lash Requirement: For a refill appointment, we require that you have a minimum of 40% of your lash extensions remaining. This ensures that there is an adequate number of existing lashes to work with during the refill process.

CHILDREN IN SALON POLICY

At JC Aesthetics we prioritise the safety and well-being of our clients. In consideration of the nature of cosmetic tattooing procedures and to ensure a calm and focused environment, we kindly request that children under the age of 18 do not accompany adults into the salon during appointments.

While we understand the challenges of arranging childcare, this policy is in place to maintain a sterile and distraction-free environment, ensuring the best possible experience and results for our clients.

COLD/FLU . COVID 19 POLICY

In order to maintain a safe and healthy environment, we kindly request that clients refrain from visiting the salon if they are experiencing symptoms of a cold or flu, or if they have been in close contact with someone who has recently been ill. The Cancellation policy still applies for cold and flu symptoms.

All appointment changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Same-day changes are not permitted, as the time is reserved specifically for you. If you decide to alter the service booked, the original service cost will still apply.

This policy may only be waived if the booked service risks the health of your brows or lashes (e.g you accidentally book a lamination service and your brows aren't due to be lifted), or if contraindications were unknown at the time of booking.

APPOINTMENT AMENDMENT POLICY
